This is for my friend's Anime Expo costume. Sculpy and acrylic paint coated with clear for durability.
---Edit--- Since my buddy wanted to use a specific plastic heart gem, she chipped off the sculpy heart and glued this one on. That's right, she chipped it.
She then handed me a bag of mini red things and asked me to add those too. So I did.
